Above is one page from one of Neo-Racist Schoolyard bully Tucker Carlson's

failed attempt to vanquish my lawsuit.

Note how his lawyer refers to "an email between Plaintiff and Carlson"--NOT an email

"allegedly" exchanged or "an email that Gahr says was exchanged" but simply "an email

between Gahr and Carlson"--i.e, it is real.

Not the "fake" that Mr. Honesty told Jon Levine it was.

Secondly,  Tucker Carlson, the guy who every night on FNC purports to defend the Truth against assaults by liberals, leftists, Democrats and so-called ultra-liberal reporters, also lied to his OWN lawyer to defend this case.

In the same page, Mr. Dennis says it is unclear whether I sent Levine the schvartze email

as a job application to pitch a story.

Yeah, well, it is unclear because Tucker clearly lied to Mr. Dennis that I sent it to Levine as a job application. But, as I told Mr. Dennis repeatedly, I did not send the email to get a job I sent it as a possible story.

But Mr. Dennis was confused. That is why he said it was unclear.

But by misleading him Tucker was also basically lying to the judge as well.

Anyway, CPUSA smear artist Betsy Rothstein you should go say hello to Mr. Dennis because if I sue you for libel personally he might be your lawyer. Or maybe not; maybe since I am suing you personally Dick Cheney affirmative action Neil Patel will just tell you to get your own lawyer.

Again, Tucker also violated his FNC contract, which forbids any intersection with the Daily Caller, by using the Daily Caller lawyer to defend the libel lawsuit, which was against him personally not the Daily Caller.
